Concordia University Chicago (CUC) invites applications for a full-time Theology Faculty position. The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D./Th.D. in either Exegetical Theology, Theological Languages and must be an ordained and rostered member in good standing of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod or one of its partner churches. Candidates should have competency to teach courses in some of the following areas: Greek, Hebrew, Latin, Old Testament, New Testament, and Lutheran Theology. Special consideration will be given to candidates who can teach courses in multiple areas. Candidates should be willing and able to teach online courses as needed. Enthusiasm and competence for teaching both non-Christian and Christian students are required.
