Job Description Position Overview: Serve as a Treatment Coordinator acting as the quarterback of the patient experience. Main responsibilities include leading the patient journey, connecting patients with doctors and the clinical team, explaining treatment options, presenting financial plans, and managing scheduling and insurance information.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate care and scheduling, present treatment plans, discuss financial options and costs, handle insurance communication, build relationships with patients, and support overall office administrative workflow.
full-time $24 - $29 per hour
Pay is based on experience, with additional monthly incentives.
